With all the interviews undertaken and the response collated it is necessary for the Primagy team to research the findings and pull together a workable strategy for your organization. It may be necessary during this stage to reaffirm notions to assure the projects continued validity.
Dependent on the size of your organization and the scope of the project this process should be completed within a couple of weeks. Very large projects may take longer but the important point to note is that the timings for an output are negotiable.
