Interviews and Survey
From the initial introduction and agreement of the projects scope, Primagy representatives will undertake interviews and compile responses. The objective at this stage is for us to understand your business process from both the technical and commercial perspectives. It may be necessary to repeat interviews as new data comes to light but this step is critical to the success of the whole project.
Dependent on the size of your organization and the scope of the project this process may take anything from a single day to several weeks. With good planning and availability of personnel most interviews should be completed over the course of a week.
